Guri is a free, browser-based document generator for contractors, freelancers, and small business owners who need professional paperwork without the overhead. No subscriptions, no accounts, no data stored — just fill in your details and download a clean PDF.

Why We Built This

Most invoicing and document tools are built for full businesses with dedicated accounting staff. They come with monthly fees, onboarding flows, and features you'll never use. If you're a handyman, a side-hustle freelancer, a private seller, or a small landlord — that's overkill.

Guri is built for the person doing the job themselves. The kind of person who needs an invoice before heading to a job site, or a bill of sale before handing over car keys in a parking lot. We wanted something that worked in two minutes, on any device, with no friction.

What Guri Offers

We currently offer four free document types, each designed to cover the most common paperwork needs for independent workers and private transactions:

  • Invoice — Bill clients for services, labor, or materials with line items, tax, and discounts.
  • Bill of Sale — Document a private vehicle sale with VIN, mileage, payment type, and an as-is clause.
  • Purchase Order — Send a formal order to a vendor with delivery date, tax, and shipping details.
  • Lease Agreement — Create a simple residential lease with rent terms, deposits, pet policy, and late fees.

How It Works

Every document is generated entirely in your browser. You fill in the form fields, preview the PDF, and download it directly to your device. Nothing you type is sent to our servers or stored anywhere. Once you close the tab, your data is gone.

PDFs are formatted to look clean and professional — ready to email to a client, print and sign, or save for your records.

Privacy by Design

We built Guri to be stateless by default. We don't have a user database. We don't log your form data. We don't sell your information. We display ads via Google AdSense to keep the service free — see our Privacy Policy for details on how that works.
